Winter Program
November 11th - February 23rd
We are offering 7 open group and 16 team training programs this winter! Our programs are designed to help each person receive exactly what they need to become the best version of themself. Sport-specific programs are designed to prepare participants to be at the top of their game for that sport, and general programs will make participants better all-around athletes. All of our programs will teach leadership, teamwork, and confidence. Our Winter Program will include groups for baseball, softball, soccer, football, and general strength & conditioning. Our programs are well-rounded and benefit all athletes, so our multi-sport athletes are encouraged to select a group to prepare for an upcoming season or to best fit their schedule. Details for each program are listed below. Make up sessions are available Fridays at 5:00, 6:00, and 7:00 PM.
