Introduce Advanced Movements
Once athletes can perform the 7 FUNdamental movement patterns, advanced exercises are introduced to progress training. Staple exercises of our A4 Varsity Program (deadlift, bench press, split squats, etc.) are taught along with their numerous variations.

Ramp Up Intensity
A4 Elevate is the bridge between learning the FUNdamentals and varsity-level training. As these athletes start to mature, their bodies are primed for growth. Athletes start to acquire muscle mass and can train for hypertrophy. Exercise intensity is increased through heavier loads and more complex plyometrics.

Bukcle Down
As athletes start to mature, training and everything that comes with improving performance becomes more serious. A4 Elevate athletes learn the value of hard work and the importance of taking care of their bodies outside of the gym.
