Lay the Foundation
A4 Foundations lays the groundwork for optimal movement efficiency as athletes grow. We introduce the 7 FUNdamental movement patterns (squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, rotation, and locomotion) at the most basic level and build from the ground up.

Build Character
Training in a group environment will teach youth athletes how to work as a team and have healthy competition. Kids will develop confidence and social skills. Consistent exercise can also reduce anxiety and depression. Enjoying training early in life will develop healthy habits for life.

Establish Coordination
By performing various exercises and drills, A4 Foundations athletes will build basic motor control and establish full-body coordination. Many of the drills incorporate a “game” aspect to keep young athletes engaged.
