Baseball

Fall marks the start of the off-season for many baseball athletes. It also marks the time to train hard to get ahead of the competition. Our Baseball Program will be divided into 3 different groups based on age to ensure each athlete is receiving the training best suited for them. Within each group, athletes will have individualized programs but still learn how to work together. Programs will be geared towards getting faster, stronger, and more explosive. Each program will also provide a framework to build leadership skills, communication skills, and confidence.

Varsity Baseball

Our Varsity Baseball Program is designed for athletes 14-18 years old. This program will be geared to match the physiological demands of baseball with explosive movements, speed & agility, heavy lifting, mobility, and arm care. Our Strive Recovery Room powered by Hyperice is included. It will also help prepare high school athletes for baseball at the collegiate level.

Elite Baseball

Our Elite Baseball Program is designed for athletes 11-14 years old. This program includes speed & agility, explosive movements, mobility, and arm care. It also introduces heavier lifting and more complex exercises to middle schoolers who are either preparing to step on the bigger field or are just getting used to it.

Youth Baseball

Our Youth Baseball Program is designed for athletes 7-10 years old. This program is focused on teaching proper movement patterns for young athletes as they develop. It is focused on speed & agility and bodyweight movements, with an introduction to lifting light weights. Having fun is an important part of all our programs, but especially our youth programs!
