Speed & Agility

Our Speed & Agility Program will feature 1 group this summer. Athletes can sign up for this program alone or use it as additional speed & agility work if they are participating in one of our other programs. Athletes will have individualized programs but still learn how to work together. This program will be geared towards getting faster, quicker, more explosive, and more agile. It will also provide a framework to build leadership skills, communication skills, and confidence.

Varsity Speed & Agility

Our Varsity Speed & Agility Program is designed for male and female athletes 14-18 years old. This program will be geared to enhance running mechanics and increase speed, agility, and explosiveness. It is open to athletes of all sports to increase overall athleticism. Our Strive Recovery Room powered by Hyperice is included.
